Key Responsibilities:
Leasing and Sales:
- Engage with prospective tenants to effectively showcase property listings and facilitate leasing processes.
- Assist in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for potential tenants.
- Maintain organized leasing files, including lease agreements, tenant information, and documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and lease terms are finalized in a timely and efficient manner.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to convert leads into signed leases.
- Handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Implement creative strategies for lead generation, including social media outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
Customer Service & Student Engagement:
- Understand the needs and preferences of Gen Z renters and tailor leasing strategies to engage them effectively.
- Develop customer relationships, fostering a student-focused leasing environment through excellent service, event planning, and community engagement.
- Address tenant questions and concerns, offering solutions to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Lease-Up and Student Housing Management:
- Manage the complexities of student housing with high turnover and seasonal leasing demands.
- Provide exceptional service to attract and retain student tenants.
- Handle student-specific challenges such as fluctuating availability and competitive pricing.
Closing Deals & Overcoming Objections:
- Walk prospective tenants through the leasing process, persuading them to sign leases.
- Effectively handle objections and provide solutions to close deals successfully.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, student housing, or multifamily properties preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service background with a focus on lead conversion and retention.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced leasing environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and strategies to engage Gen Z renters.
- Ability to handle leasing contracts, tenant inquiries, and customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
